South Essex Partnership University NHS Trust adopted the NHS Employers diversity and inclusion personal, fair and diverse (PFD) campaign in 2012. Since then the trust has gone from strength to strength in joining up champions that represent their workforce demographic, and raising awareness of the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce across their organisation including with their board.
