Andrew Jones deputy director of HR and OD at University Hospital South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust starts his journey on the aspirant career development programme, with the ultimate aim of becoming a HR director.

He talks about why he applied for the programme and what he hopes to gain from the 12 month structured programme he has embarked upon.
