Employing young people - the business case


This business case has been designed to help employers in the NHS highlight the benefits of employing young people to board members and senior colleagues, as part of a long-term strategic approach to workforce planning.

  • a downloadable PowerPoint template to help you present your business case to colleagues and board members

This business case is specific to the NHS and contains healthcare examples. It will be regularly updated to reflect changes in the sector as they happen.
