One of the most frequent requests we come across from OD colleagues is to connect and share good practice across the NHS. Wouldn’t it be great if there was an easy way to offer your expertise to each other? Well, we’re delighted to launch the Do OD Swap Shop and give you the chance to ask for and offer help.

Those of a certain age might remember Swap Shop on a Saturday morning. Kids would write in to ask for a copy of the new Duran Duran album in exchange for a pair of roller skates. We loved it then and we still think it’s a great idea.

The Do OD Swap Shop works like this.  You identify a piece of OD work that you are proud of, or a particular skill or talent that others might benefit from. In exchange you can ask for help with a sticky issue, complicated problem or difficult question.

Simply fill in our form and we’ll publish your wants & needs on the Swap Shop board. If someone has help to offer they contact us and we’ll put them in touch with each other.
