Do you want to be involved in supporting NHS organisations to respond to HR challenges currently facing the NHS? Do you have an understanding of the NHS and the workforce and employment practice issues it faces?
We have an excellent opportunity for a positive, motivated and organised person to join our development and employment team as a senior programme officer.

The development and employment team within NHS Employers are experts in promoting patient care through effective organisational development, employment practice and staff experience. We work closely as a team to bring together our collective expertise, identify opportunities for cross-working, provide innovative solutions and celebrate successes.
As a senior programme officer you will support the delivery of selected work programmes through employer engagement, coordination of meetings / events / webinars / podcasts, drafting of reports and website material, as well as the production of key documentation and web based research. You will also be responsible for managing specific projects as required.

The post is based in Leeds and some national travel will be required.
