Do you want to be involved in supporting NHS organisations to respond to human resources (HR) challenges currently facing the NHS? Does this sound like your sort of working week?
You will review the enquiries mailbox - queries from employers will need responding to today. The website will need to be checked to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
Your day will start with a call to an NHS organisation to get further background information for case study which will feature on our website. We have a team meeting in the afternoon, a chance to hear about activities across the team, you will need to provide a status update to colleagues across varying areas of work.
Following yesterday’s phone call you need to produce a first draft of a case study. You will spend your day carrying out web-based research which will be used to help inform a piece of work we are delivering.
You will support as secretariat at a share and learn event today and will need to liaise with IT to make sure that all equipment is available and working properly. You will meet and greet attendees, making sure they have copies of any relevant paperwork, and take an accurate note of discussion and any key actions that need to be taken forward.
Today you will review our social media activity and provide a campaign update via LinkedIn and Twitter.
